The Cook role is responsible for back of house food daily operations such as prepping and cooking dishes for guests to ensure high quality food is served and stocked at a fast-paced environment while accommodating to any guest food preferences, allergies and dietary restrictions. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, efficient and friendly kitchen environment, and requires collaborative team skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Camp Counselor

Job Department: Aquatics and Safety

Reports to: Camp Lead, Camp Supervisor, Camp Manager
Pay Range: $20.25 - $20.50 per hour

Camp Counselors are integral to the Wild Rivers Junior Lifeguard experience. Each counselor supervises a group of campers, leads songs, participates in water & land activities, teaches CPR & basic lifeguard skills, plays games, rides the slides and manages day-to-day programming for our weekly sessions. The goal is to ensure campers have an enjoyable and educational experience.

Custodian

Job Department: Repair and Maintenance

Reports to: Park Services Supervisor, Repair and Maintenance Director
Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

The Custodian role is responsible for park maintenance daily operations such as cleaning, stocking and running park facilities including restrooms, offices, break areas and guest areas to ensure a clean, efficient and well-maintained park environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe and welcoming park environment and requires attention to detail, cleaning and sanitation knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $18.00 per hour

Security is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and property. This role provides a visible, professional presence in the park, enforces park rules and safety policies, and responds to incidents or emergencies promptly and effectively. Security Team Members work closely with their supervisor and other departments to prevent and resolve issues while maintaining a guest-focused approach.

The Security Supervisor is responsible for leading the Security team to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and property. This role supervises day-to-day security operations, enforces park policies and procedures, and responds to incidents with professionalism, sound judgment, and a guest-focused approach.

The Security Supervisor serves as a visible leader on property, balancing firm enforcement with calm, respectful communication. They support training, scheduling, and performance of Security team members, assist with incident documentation and investigations, and collaborate closely with Operations and Guest Services to proactively prevent issues and resolve situations efficiently.

Back of House: staff are responsible for food preparation, cooking, dishwashing, inventory management and sanitation. You must be able to ensure food quality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Front of House: staff are responsible for customer service, order taking, payment processing, order fulfillment (including coffee, smoothies, shaved ice etc), inventory and restocking and work area maintenance. You must be able to communicate well and ensure accuracy and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.

Retail Associate: staff are responsible for customer service, sales and operations, merchandising and stocking and store maintenance. Adaptability and availability to work holidays is often necessary.

Rental Associate: staff are responsible for customer service, rental equipment maintenance, quality control and inventory as well as sanitation and safety, order fulfillment and payment processing.
